Opposite of Always by Justin A. Reynolds

3.0

Jack meets Kate at a party. They hit it off and have four wonderful months before she dies. Jack is given an opportunity to go back in time and change events.

So I did like the way the story started but at times I find the story to be long and drawn out. Even repetitive at times. A large middle part of the story could have been taken out because in my opinion it didn’t enhance the storyline at all.

I liked Jack and how he wanted to risk everything for love. I liked his best friends as well. I felt like I didn’t get to know Kate in this story. It would have been nice to have her point of view since she was the one who was going to die. The last thirty pages of the book was good but I felt the ending was rushed. I’m not sure if I will read another book by this author.
