Gameboard of the Gods by Richelle Mead

5.0

Absolutely fantastic. I have to say I prefer this to Mead's YA books, though I do love those too. This, I felt, was so developed and nuanced that it seemed quite realistic in many ways. There were times when I was legitimately confused with what was going on, because the world was so developed and the majority of the characters were accustomed to its ways where I was not or the plot wasn't making sense, but such confusion was generally in places where Justin March was having issues with figuring out his case, anyway. Overall, I loved it. Can't wait for the next one!
