Jules et Jim by Henri-Pierre Roché

3.0

Those sexy turn-of-the century bohemians sure got around, huh? I enjoyed Roche's simple writing style but at times was somewhat overwhelmed by the dizzying speed at which time passes in the novel. However, I think that was the point: to convey the energy of the three and, particularly in the case of the character Kate, their joie de vivre and lust for experience.

*I'd give this 3.5 if I could.
