I'm not saying this is bad, I just really didn't like it. I don't get the Japanese insanely-cute thing at all, and this is definitely a product of that. I mean, a cloud puppy with a curled tail who falls out of the clouds into a bakery full of puppies? It's like Care Bears or something, only more so. These show every sign of being a hit at my library (I'm patting myself on the back for seeing the potential, even if I don't personally get the appeal), but I think the concept is boring and somewhat revolting in a cotton-candy way, and this particular book is just plain boring.
