I have been loving this series but it was not my favourite one of the series. I did really enjoy it but it did not quite have the punch that the others did with their endings.
The characters were of course well written and complex, as has become synonymous with this series for me, but what I loved most about it was the evolution we got to see of Scott after the last book and everything that happened in that book for him as a character. I loved the slow unraveling of Elizabeth's online persona as we peeled back the layers after each interview that Scott conducted to learn more about her and what happened. The final episode of course had the biggest reveals about other characters which I really liked and I enjoyed how it played off of what had already been discussed.
The plot was well written and created but I just didn't like the ending as much as I did with the other ones. The whole vampire aspect was really enjoyable and I had a great time reading about how it all worked out and I did love all the information about that and seeing how it all worked out was very satisfying. It was just so much fun and I did have a great time reading it!! The podcast style again of course just made it all so much better and allowed the reveals to be done so brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I cannot wait to see the next book.
