Welp, I didn’t start off with a positive perspective, as I thought the collection was going to be a bunch of multicultural non-fiction stories, not fictional. So already I thought, meh, ok impress me. but the stories didn’t wow. I think in all there were one or two I made through without skimming-as most were blan, underdeveloped characters, with seemingly no plot or point. Short stories too short for their own good….
