They marry after a short time to avoid his and his daughter's deportation due to Brexit. Money is withdrawn from her account in weird sums. A phone call on the same day, same time every week. How well does Kat know Nico?
Slow and intense build - I loved Kat, a woman who just wanted to be loved. Though creepy - obsessed with Midge; the detail just added to her personality, added lots of shade to her reliability as a narrator.
