I'm not sure if I'm past my YA horror era or if this just wasn't for me. I found all of the characters annoying, and very much you reap what you sow. A lot of the characters felt really underdeveloped to the point that when the twist came I wasn't really shocked, nor did I care. Not because I really saw it coming, just because the people who were involved were so underdeveloped, it just didn't matter.
Anyway, the basis of this book, rooted so deeply in a love for horror is a great idea and I just wish that it was better used.
