I liked it. There are a few ideas and advice I’m familiar with from other sources but Knight gives a unique take on it. The Chipmunks metaphor that’s carried throughout the book is clever and relatable! I definitely leave this book feeling like I’ve gained insight into a few areas of my life and I feel more empowered to deal with them.
Moderate: Eating disorder
The author speaks about an eating disorder in only one chapter near the end, titled The case of the disappearing girl. If that’s a trigger for you, just skip that chapter. It’s not mentioned again.
