This is the second Mark of the Least book that I’ve read. This one is a very fun retelling of Cinderella
I really enjoyed the jump between Cindy’s POV and Nik’s POV. There were some somewhat slow parts but I feel like once the action picked up it just didn’t really stop - which was nice. The characters were fun, and I was cheering for them as the story went on
On a personal side, I really need to read a book that doesn’t have a narcissistic Mother Gothel type character…this and the last book I’ve finished had a Mother Gothel and I think I need a different archetype of a villain…
