Flawed by Cecelia Ahern

YES YES YES!!! This was an amazing book with a great message!! NOBODY'S PERFECT. PERFECT IS OVERRATED. BE FLAWED, BE PROUD. I loved Celestine's character and all the characters in between. Celestine is a realistic character who really never chose to be a leader. She's different then most protagonists in dystopian novels and I love it. She has to try super hard to be someone to cause change. I liked how the author placed focus on the plot and the Guild. Instead of focusing on minor things like Art or Carrick, Ahern really wanted to show the outcomes of having pressure to be perfect. I just hope there's no love triangle in the next book. Otherwise GREAT READ.

2020:
I think I love this book even more now. Lately I’ve been finding myself struggling with perfectionism and I’ve been working myself till I burn out which is so not good. This book really acted as a reminder that I am allowed to make mistakes and I shouldn’t be treated differently because of it if I learn from it and grow. Truly an amazing book. Cant wait to read Perfect again!!
