The beginning was amazing, but the end dragged out a lot. Beautiful writing, engaging and interesting narrators. It gave me a new perspective on a myth I have known for a long time and definitely motivated me to think about it deeper. I wish I could say the same about the conclusion of the novel, however, the end of the book did disappoint me. In the wish to not give away any spoilers, I will say no more but that it made very little sense to me to resolve the plot in the way Haynes chose to do it.
