Truly, this is an awful book. I wish that I could go back and un-read it.

Sarah Morgan is a high-flying lawyer, and when her cheating husband, Adam, is accused of murdering his mistress, she acts as his defence lawyer.

Absolutely nothing made sense in the plot. It was so unrealistic and inconsistent, and there were numerous plot holes.

The characters were *all* wooden and one-dimensional. There wasn’t a single character that I liked or related to on any level.

The writing was stiff and it almost got to the point that it was unreadable. I am shocked that this even got published, let alone be a huge hit.
