City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare
Did not finish book. Stopped at 17%.
it was just tiring to read, and i had no fun with it.
also the lovers to siblings to “i know were related but i still love you romantically” is just disgusting 🤮
like seriously cassandra clare.
i liked alec, magnus, and isabelle enough, but they weren’t even the main characters.
after like four months of deliberations goodbye to the mortal instruments.
and considering everything else cassandra clare has done, i doubt i want to read any of her other books.
so yeah, my very long DNF explanation 😀
