I literally read this one in less than a day. Becket is a humble human being - damn near perfection for a guy his age, playing professional football. That is until everything goes upside down when Ivy, the gal who doesn't relationship, walks into his life. These two are water and oil, it's so fun to see their chemistry, and their vulnerabilities shine through. This book was raw, and emotional. There are past secrets and hurts at play, and it's a tough terrain to manage. It was fun to dig into the why of it all. I truly devoured every word of this book like a delicious slice of warm brownie mixed with vanilla ice cream. So sweet, cozy, and enticing!
