Seer of Sevenwaters by Juliet Marillier
5.0
These books are comfy cozy to read in the winter. I think because it has fae, druids, gorgeous Old World tales, and swoony men and headstrong ladies.
In this one, I enjoyed watching Maeve and Felix's relationship blossom into one of care and understanding. I enjoyed the mystery and the danger involving a secret, a maiden, and a mysterious island.
I don't care that they all have happy endings that the daughters find loved ones to be with. They are pretty romantic fantasies that focus a lot on character development and that's what makes me happy.
