I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy this book in the beginning, however I wanted to stick with it so I would be able to give my honest review.
As I often do, the went into this book completely blind to what I’d be getting myself into. Like I said, it was a rocky start for me, however that didn’t last long and I devoured this book in a matter of a few hours. I really did enjoy all of the elements of this book. I loved the setting, and the crime fiction mixed with some haunted aspects. The writing was easy and had a nice flow, there was plenty of action, and just enough horror. I highly recommend this as a quick and fun read.
