Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.

The premise was interesting to me, but I found the execution confusing. At first I wasn’t sure who the love interest was, and all the flashbacks didn’t help. When I realised it was Christine I was surprised as she was awful in the flashbacks. I DNF’d at 45% as I found the characters unsympathetic.
