Prom King - Andi Jaxon 3.5/5
This was truly hot, nasty and dirty. Jonah and Roman set my kindle on fire when they were between the sheets (or against a wall, or in a bathroom…) but I do feel like I need to read their full story to appreciate everything else.
I don’t know who these side characters are, I don’t know why random people are chasing them with guns (I mean, we know it’s because they’re gay but there was almost zero context here), and I don’t know why the need for Roman to fake it with Jonah’s sister.
In saying that, all these unanswered questions made me want to read Bully King to get the full story, so Andi’s done a good job there!

The Race Between the Pretty Boy and the Bad Boy - Nicole Dykes 4.5/5
Man….. I just don’t know how Nicole does it; how she manages to write a banger of a story in under 100 pages and make me swoon.
Sebastian and Axel are so sweet I couldn’t help but let out a little squeal. This is definitely a more smooshy entry, but I loved it. This proves you don’t need a thousand peppers worth of spice for it to be a good read, just really good characters and a super addictive story.
Although, it’s now got me begging for these guys to be stretched out to 350 pages. I want to know how these two started! I need more details!

Sweet Wicked Thing - Jessie Walker 5/5
I swear everything Jessie touches turns to gold… this was a masterpiece and I am LIVID that I only got to read the first nine chapters.
Aston is CACTUS. An absolute deranged heathen who I am a SIMP for. He’s written so unbelievably well; the voices that talk to him, his mannerisms, his child-like behaviour…. Simply chefs kiss
