I received a copy of this via NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion.
I found the premise of the story intriguing, especially the characters' desire to seek revenge for innocent animals. However, throughout the book there is very little evidence that she actually cares for animals. She doesn't seem to help them in any way, and instead it feels like it was used only to give the story an interesting twist.
The ending was a little underwhelming and felt rushed which is disappointing as overall the book could have been a good thriller.
