All the Little Lies by S.J. Sylvis

4.0

I kept seeing this book on booktok and was putting off reading it because I don't really like bully romances. I don't see how you can end up falling for someone who made your life a living hell, but I do love friends to lovers so I gave it a try.

I really liked the authors writing style, and I thought the book was easy to follow for the most part. I started getting a little lost during Hayley's whole cartel situation, but I still understood for the most part what was going on.

I do think that everything that happened to Hayley was a little overkill and pretty unrealistic. I mean, first she gets put into a shitty foster home, then she reunites with her ex best friend turned enemy, then the whole Gabe thing AND the cartel? I mean that's kind of a lot for one book.

Don't get me wrong, it was still an AMAZING book and I'm going to continue the series, but it was just a lot for one book in my opinion.
