It took me a while to get into this book, idk why but sometimes verenmore, for me, felt more like a high school than an university... 

Once Corvina and Vad were actually together it got better, but I would have preferred if it was more of a slow burn, especially considering it's supposed to be a forbidden romance.

I really loved the mystery, even though I wasn't the biggest fan of its resolution... But it was the perfect read for spooky season!
