A Cat, a Hat, and a Piece of String by Joanne Harris

3.0

The first thing I have to say is: OMG, the Britishness of it. Seriously, I could basically hear the writer speaking the words in my head (and I've never heard her speaking in my life).

The second thing: these has lots of different stories. Some I liked, some made me feel kind of... I don't know, uncomfortable, I'd say. My favourites were the ones that had to do with gods. Then there was one about a girl in a river, and the one about the computer game was super creepy and the last one was simply... the best ending, I think.

So yeah, lots of different stories with different voices. Some you'll like, some you won't, but all in all a pretty good book and easy to read - even when I didn't know some of the words' meaning.
