I’ve never read a book that made me feel as warm and cosy as this book did. The imagery, especially when imagining a warm stove and baked goods, was phenomenal.
This book just begs to be read while holding a hot cup of coffee, there’s no way around that.
The hodgepodge of characters were all so lovable and intriguing. All of them leave us feeling like friends, but wanting to know more.
Nothing feels cheesy or forced in this book, not the characters, nor any of the plot.
To me, it makes it genuine.
Grab your warmest blanket and be prepared to read a story full of friendship and lots of coffee.
