Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist was one of my most anticipated fall reads and it didn't disappoint. If you are looking for a book with Halloween Town vibes and the atmosphere of the Gilmore Girls this is the book for you.
The biggest selling point of Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist for me was the Sapphic romance. It was beautiful done. I absolutely loved both Jordyn and Harlows characters. Mix in a little bit of ex-girlfriend/ghost drama and I was hooked.
I really loved the cozy mystery aspect of this story. Finding out what really happened to Lou was such a great storyline. I really didn't suspect the plot twist. I hope the other books in the series have the same cozy mystery element.
Overall I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a cozy fall read.
