Gave this back to my bookshop to sell second hand because I didn't want it on my shelf. First time I've ever done something like that.
It was overly descriptive to the point of weightlessness. I could not picture what was being described, and as such the body horror was entirely lost. There's more than I didn't like but that was something glaring and specific that frustrated me throughout.
