This is the first time in a while that I couldn’t put a book down and when I had to for some reason, I couldn’t wait to pick it up. I read it on my commute, in waiting rooms, in my parked car, and in bed until I ran out of pages.
The writing is beautiful, the characters and relationships are relatable, and the mystery and fear are captivating. This is a suspenseful book full of atmosphere and emotion.
I will definitely seek out The Age of Miracles and look forward to more novels from Walker in the future.
