This book was a continuous journey of fascination for me. It’s only when we open up our individual experiences, our deepest thoughts and feelings, that we see the world for what it is - a place full of so much similar pain and struggle but also so much similar compassion and warmth.
I’m sure everyone will see a part of themselves in this book, or at least take away some of the insight to make tangible changes in their own life, to form better relationships with themselves and with others. Reading the stories of others is not only a great way to empathise with those far removed from ourselves, but understand the process of how people plow through and overcome the most difficult of life events.
It’s hope that we all have a path to healing if we choose to take it.
Why not take yours?
