Now You See Her by Heidi Perks

5.0

On the day Harriet's daughter disappears, she had entrusted her care to her only friend. Charlotte swears she only took her eyes off her for a second, but it seems the media have other ideas.

Two weeks later, the police hold both women for questioning. Can two friends ripped so unceremoniously apart, really trust each other again, or will their hidden secrets surface?

Heidi Perks' expertly woven web draws the reader in from the first word. I found this book incredibly difficult to put down, and had life not got in the way I'd most likely have read it in one sitting! In places, as expected, it is difficult to read, but the need to know what happens in the end is greater.

An excellent novel, highly recommended. Can't wait to read more by the author!!
