Throne of Glass was such an excellent introduction to the world of Celaena as an assassin. I really liked the initial world building and character development, and I’m so excited to see where the story goes. I enjoyed how there were hints at there being more about this world and magic than we currently know, as well as not being able to trust characters or their intentions. Celaena is such a badass female protagonist - she is fiercely loyal and independent and determined, and I’m so excited to follow her story. The peripheral characters also have such promise, and I’m hoping to learn much more about them in the next books in this series.
