Once again, Michael Dante Dimartino, Bryan Konietzko, and Gene Luen Yang bat it out of the park. The Rift brings the best out of Team Avatar's personalities, has a meaningful plotline, develops the characters even more, and touches on complex themes with ease.
I love how we segway from Zuko's search for his mother (during the last instalment), to Toph's relationship with her father. I also loved the differences between Aang and Toph when discussing why traditions are (or not) important. Absolutely beautiful.
I'm a big fan.
