This is genuinely one of the most difficult to get through books I’ve read, despite having read books with similar triggers/themes. There is something so particularly diabolical and dark sided about gay men taking advantage of other gay men who’ve experienced familial rejection and have little to no support system otherwise. I’d probably never recommend this to someone.
TL;DR: well written book, not fan or queer people traumatizing other queer people for their own pleasure
