I could not put this book down! I honestly thought it was going to be overrated, but I really loved this book and I understand how it's so popular. Really cool world, I think the pacing of how Yarros did the world building in this book was phenomenal. It wasn't too overwhelming in the beginning, but by the end you know that there's still so much more to learn and explore. And I loved Violet as the main character, I liked how her strengths and weaknesses were shown and that her disabilities could be accommodated instead of magically gotten rid of. The enemies to lovers romance was also SO GOOD in this book. I also really liked the premise of the war and how the way information is controlled affects what people think about it.
