This was okay, but I don't think it felt particularly radical or insightful about disability, accommodations, and ableism in higher ed, ironically because the perspectives of real, impacted students and faculty seemed missing. Also, even though it had a statement about accessibility in language and publication style early on, it still felt highly theoretical and dense in ways it didn't need to be, and the statement only highlighted and contradicted how I was actually experiencing the book's tone. I do think I would've liked it more had I read it in the first two years of Trump's presidency, closer to its original publication.
