I don’t know how I feel about this book.
For one, Lucas got away with so much so easily. It was red flag after red flag after red flag and I was like… bro, if Mia had been my friend, I would have told her to dump his ass IMMEDIATELY.
I felt like a book with this kind of conflict should have been a full book, not a novella. Because now I’m not convinced Lucas and Mia were right for each other, whereas I fully rooted for them in the first book.
