“If you like who you are, why is it so hard to believe other people do too?”

Ada Hart has been contracted to revive the old house on Rebel Blue Ranch, and Wes Ryder is the one in charge of the renovations. When Ada takes on the project, she’s looking for a fresh start, and Wes wants to help her get that. He’s the guy that goes out of his way to help anyone with anything, and that is to his detriment at times. Ada notices this and the magnetic pull toward one another is nothing they can stop.

I LOVED this story. Not only was it a buddy read with friends, but it was also a beautiful, soulful, love story. If you read the first in this series (there are only the two so far, with 2 more planned it looks like), you meet the whole family, and a couple of new characters. The romance, humor, mental illness rep, and the picturesque Wyoming landscape lend their hand in this charming, fast paced love story. OH! There is also a big fluffy white dog and a baby calf.

“God, he was so gentle — so comforting. He talked to me the way people talk to plants when they want them to grow.”
