This actually wasn't a bad read but it definitely wasn't anything original. I was a little bored for a while and things started picking up towards the end but it was full of thriller tropes that we've all seen before. Things were placed in the book here and there but not quite placed in a way that moved with the flow of the story, and the unraveling at the end was a little sudden and didn't really feel like the result of a culmination of all the plot points. Rounding down for those reasons.
