First off I would like to thank Valentine PR and Monica Murphy for the arc of this book.
Now, onto my thoughts... I have been desperate to read a Monica Murphy book for some time now since all I hear are good things, this one wasn't it for me though.
It had some of my favourite tropes, sports romance, nerdy girl/jock boy, tutor to lovers etc, but it just didn't flow as I'd hoped. There was quite a lot of repetitive parts and I found the main characters kind of annoying, I also hoped there would be a bit more of a chase but I didn't get it.
The steamy scenes were good and it had a lot of potential but unfortunately it just fell flat.
