The Night Bell by Inger Ash Wolfe
3.0
Hmmmmm....I’ve really enjoyed this series but this was probably the weakest entry for me. I enjoyed the mystery, (well, actually 3 mysteries) but I found the writing to not be as strong as I remember from the previous books. The dialogue seemed disjointed and I found myself losing track of who was speaking on quite a few occasions.
That being said, this is still a solid mystery series and I really like Hazel Micallef as the flawed, irascible cop who is still, somehow, extremely likable. And I do hope there will be more books in this series.
