Absolutely loved this, and it’s literally had the vibes of the film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Two individuals at different stages in their life yet who work in the same industry find true love in one another. It’s clear that yes Cassidy and Jack are from rival blogs but as Jack’s can be best described how Carrie’s article in Sex and the City but for guys and Cassidy is for women. With that said, it’s clear that tension between the sites was rubbing the women the wrong way. And Cassidy idea to put the site and Jack down a peg untimely backfired with her and Jack falling in love one another, despite her many attempts to trick him into saying/doing something toxic and chauvinistic. I did love the 1950s references throughout the book and how in many ways it really does show how much while women love the freedom and opportunities we have today we still want to be cherished and courted. It was super cute the story and I LOVED every moment of it. Will be listening to this again and buying this as soon as possible.
