3.5

I received 5 of the 9 books in this collection of short stories as an ARC. My overall rating for the book is a 3.5, but each story I received has been rated as well.
They were all good stories, But sadly not all the stories were for me. I understand that short stories are just little stories put together as a “what could be”, but some of these stories seemed rushed and thrown together.
Celestial Rescue was a good story, I like that the beginning of the story grabbed you right away with action and danger. The relationship between the two characters was well written.
Forest Fated was another good story in this collection. The enemies to lovers relationship was so good, the progression of Ariella and Cassius’s relationship while working together for a common goal was great. I would love to see more of their story.
