I think I'll be in minority here when I say that this story wasn't well wrapped up, in my opinion and even though I liked it, I still think some major issues weren't dealt with properly and accordingly.

dealing with heavy subject of physical violation of a woman is not smth I would put lightly in any book, and here it's masked in a "enemies-to-lovers" high school romance...

so not the appropriate platform for that kind of theme and furthermore, it wasn't even addressed or resolved in the full manner, meaning - I had a feeling it was only crossed over and left for the reader to make for the right conclusion.

Sure, fine...but still, I felt I needed something more substantial to wrap up this horrible thing that happened to the heroine so she could be healed...but I felt that the author just gave her "romance" as a means to "heal", or well, that's how I felt about it, so i guess it's on me.

Nevertheless, I liked the characters, some more, some less BUT I loved Knox especially.
