In The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, all witches are orphaned soon after they are born.  When Mika is asked to tutor 3 young witches, things get very Mary-Poppins-ish and what ensues is just fun and adorable.  I loved the theme in the book of what kindness is vs being nice.  Overall, this was a great, light-hearted witchy read!  I am not usually a romance reader, and did not really love the romance storyline.  However, there is plenty other themes in the book that kept me busy.  What might not be my favorite part of the story is probably many other people's favorite aspect!
