23 Otonos Antes de Ti by Alice Kellen

I really enjoyed this, although not quite as much as 33 Razones para volver a verte. I think part of it is just that I went into 33 Razones with absolutely no expectations and it ended up being one of my favorite things I read last year, so my expectations were definitely a lot higher starting this book. And then the other part of it is just the set-up for 33 Razones with the second-chance romance element worked better for me. But this was still really great! I loved the domesticity Luke and Harriet fell into fairly quickly after Luke started staying with her. And while I missed the dynamic between Luke, Mike, Rachel, and Jason from 33 Razones, I did love the little bits we got of them here, particularly in their text conversations. I did find the last-minute drama at the end with pretty frustrating. I mean, yeah, he almost made a mistake, but he did the right thing!! It felt a little contrived just so that there would be some tension/drama before ending up together. But overall I still really enjoyed this, and I hope Jason gets a book next!
