Quite possibly my favorite experience reading, ever. Truly some of my favorite characters I have ever had the pleasure to meet and root for, the pacing of the romance is perfect, the motivations and hesitations the characters feel on all fronts are justifiable and make sense. The PTSD and trauma from the events of the first book is addressed in a very empathetic way. Absolutely ride or die for the MMC’s in this book (and remainder of series).
