K. Sterling does it again!! There are not enough words to express how much I loved this book. The characters are so lovely, the second-chance romance is so fun and sweet to watch unfurl, I cant say enough good things. I thought that the initial dynamic between Riley and Giles would come from a place of genuinely not getting along as kids, but it was so much more that that in all the best ways. And as always, I adore the passion and love that our Nannie’s have for what they do and the families and kids they help. I honestly thought after the first in the series that it couldn’t get better, but somehow I think this has done it! The romance is so sweet and the spice is UNFFFFFFF so good!
I also really appreciated the mental health rep in here, I know the debilitating anxiety Giles experiences comes from a personal place for the author, and I think it was communicated with so much grace and success. I love Giles so much, and I love Riley and Milo too!!
Thank you so much to the author for the gifted copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
