I do NOT give out 5 stars to books very easily. But when I do its for books like this. That remind me why I love reading.

So, if you are a fan of Stranger Things (like myself) and are missing and can not fathom having to wait, god only knows how long it is going to be until the next season comes out, then you need to read When the Sky Fell on Splendor.

You will immediately fall in love with these crazy kids that seem like they are always up to no good. Now when I say kids I don’t mean they are 10 year olds, the characters in this story are teenagers how drive around and make silly videos for their YouTube channel (you’ll know more once you read). This book made me laugh, made me cry (which I haven’t for book in a LONG time) and reminded once again why I love stories so much.

Also, Emily Henry does not get enough credit for her back list books. Justice for When the Sky Fell on Splendor and A Million Junes.
