I was in the mood for a sci-fi/ supernatural reading. Looking on the shelves of my local library everything seemed to be war based and huge, not want I wanted. Having read the True Blood series ages ago when I spotted Harris's name I thought I'd give it a go. It reads very much like a retro Stephen King which I liked. Although the main story gets resolved, it feels like a set up for a series and I think there is another one. I will probably read the next one if I spot it but I'm not desperate to track it down. Overall enjoyable 👍
