I really like Alexia Tarabotti. I love the humor with which she is written. I like that she's smart and not about to take crap. I admire Alexia. When she's abrasive, it is to good reason. And she loves her tea.

I'm actually glad that her father is long gone (dead? Missing...dunno, I'm only to book 4 I think) in the parasol protectorate books because here, he is quite detestable. I really didn't enjoy it much at all, largely due to him.
