It’s giving Bojack Horseman as a late-20s recently divorced woman. She’s an unreliable narrator who is wallowing in self pity, and you want her to win so bad but at the same time, she’s not that great of a person. I’m glad she overcomes a lot of what she’s going through but I wish it happened earlier in the book; her turnaround really only took place in the last 2 chapters. It was okay, but I was itching for more development.
Moderate: Body shaming, Eating disorder, Mental illness, and Toxic relationship
